From Grain Silo to Kunstsilo
The guided tour “From Grain Silo to Kunstsilo” tells the story of how a 1930s industrial building was transformed into an internationally renowned venue for art.
We visit all exhibition floors and take a closer look at works from, among others, the Tangen Collection. Highlights include the printmaking exhibition “Lasting Impressions. Nordic Printmaking from Munch to Today” and the digital S-Lab production based on “Linadalen ved Mandal” by Amaldus Nielsen.
The tour begins in the Silo Hall on the ground floor and ends at Gjerdeløa on the 4th floor. It offers a great introduction to continue exploring Kunstsilo on your own.
