- The meeting point is in The Silo Hall at a clearly marked location, where your ticket will be scanned.
- All participants receive headphones to ensure clear audio from the guide. We also offer a limited number of hearing aid-compatible devices.
- The tour lasts approximately 45 minutes.
- Companion tickets require valid proof. Members must present their membership card together with the tour ticket.
- Your tour ticket includes access to all exhibitions for the rest of the day. If you’ve already purchased an entrance ticket for the exhibitions on the same day, simply select the option “has an entrance ticket.”
