Multi hall
The Multi hall: A dedicated area exclusively for children and youth. Here, they can create, relax, do homework, charge their phones, and just hang out. This space is open Wednesday to Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM. At other times, it is reserved for educational programs and workshop activities.
Family Workshop
In Multisalen, families can cocreate and play with materials together in weekends, school holidays and most afternoons. More details will be provided soon.
AR-app for families
We have a free app to be downloaded, that lets the families and children play and explore the 2nd and 3rd. exhibition floor. Make your tour around the exhibitions a bit different and surprising for family members!

Kunstsilo baby
Stay-at-home with a baby? We offer various programs and events designed to make this time extra special for you and your child. Come alone or with a group and let your baby safely explore the world in our facilities.
Kunstsilo BABY is a program designed for our very youngest visitors and their parents. It primarily serves as a social gathering space where both children and adults can meet like-minded individuals, but it also aims to ensure quality time between parent and child. Starting after the summer of 2024, our regular program will offer useful courses, artistic, and sensory experiences. The content is designed for you to explore at your own pace.
Safe Meeting Place
Kunstsilo provides a safe meeting place in spectacular surroundings. Every Tuesday, anyone can come for a pleasant gathering in a dedicated area in the Multisalen. After the summer, the Tuesday meetings will move to the Brasserie, where we will lay out mats on the floor and distribute free samples.
Kunstsilo junior
Kunstsilo JUNIOR is our program for children aged 3-9 and 10-12 years. We differentiate between experiences for the whole family and opportunities for children to explore Kunstsilo on their own within safe boundaries.
On weekends and during holidays, our family hosts will greet families at the entrance in the Silo hall and ensure you receive helpful information. On other days, you can contact us at Guest Services. We facilitate children exploring art on their own terms, with many free activities throughout the museum. Play and be curious together!
Do you perhaps have some budding teenagers at home? At Kunstsilo, children over 10 years old can safely explore on their own, but they remain under the responsibility of their guardians.
Get an activity booklet or download our AR app to experience Kunstsilo and the exhibitions together. Both children and adults can freely express themselves in the workshop in the Multi hall, so keep an eye on our Family Workshops and other events here.
Youth
Are you over 13 and need a place to hang out with your friends? At Kunstsilo, youth have their own room, just for you – and it's completely free!
All under 18 enjoy free entry to Kunstsilo.
Every Wednesday to Friday from 3 PM to 9 PM, the Multi Hall is exclusively for youth. Here, you can just hang out with friends, relax, create something, do homework – it's entirely up to you. We have dedicated youth staff who are there for you.
